Our position

Tax planning is lawful. Tax evasion is not, and we do not do it.

There is a great deal of legitimate planning available under Pakistani tax law — how income is characterised, which exemptions and credits apply, how assets are held and reconciled in a wealth statement. Most people who overpay do so because nobody applied it.

What we will not do is understate income or file a statement we know to be wrong. That approach catches up with clients during an audit, and we are the ones who would have to sit through it with you.

What is included

Comprehensive tax services under one roof.

Income tax return filing

Preparation and e-filing for salaried individuals, sole proprietors, associations of persons, private limited companies, trusts and non-profit organisations.

Wealth statements and tax planning

Asset and liability reconciliation, plus a lawful plan to reduce what you owe in the following year rather than after the fact.

Tax advisory

A written answer on how a transaction will be treated — a property sale, a foreign remittance, a new business line — before you commit to it.

Tax audits and compliance

Review of your financial records against FBR requirements, response to notices, and representation through an audit.

Tax exemption certificates

Preparation and submission of exemption and lower-rate certificate applications, and follow-up until they issue.

Company registration

Name search and reservation, incorporation documents, SECP registration, and NTN and sales tax registration with the FBR.

How a filing runs

Four stages, and you see the numbers before anything is filed.

  1. Position review

We look at your income sources, assets, last filed return and any outstanding notices, and tell you where you stand before quoting.

  2. Document collection

One list of everything required — salary certificates, bank statements, property documents, withholding certificates. Chased once, not repeatedly.

  3. Computation and your approval

We prepare the computation and the wealth statement, and walk you through them. Nothing is filed until you have seen the figures and agreed them.

  4. Filing and follow-up

E-filing with the FBR, your acknowledgement, and handling of any notice that arrives afterwards on that return.

Common questions

Tax, answered.

I have never filed a return. Is it too late?

No. Late and prior-year returns can generally still be filed, and becoming a filer usually pays for itself quickly through lower withholding rates on banking, property and vehicle transactions. There may be a penalty for the late years, and we will tell you what it is before you decide.

I am an overseas Pakistani. Do I need to file?

It depends on your residency status for the tax year and whether you hold income or assets in Pakistan. It is a common question and a short conversation — bring your travel dates and we can tell you.

I have received an FBR notice. What now?

Send it to us before the response deadline on it. Most notices are routine and are resolved by filing the right reply with supporting records. Ignoring one is what turns it into an assessment.

How long does company registration take?

Name reservation and incorporation with SECP usually move within days once the documents are in order, with NTN and sales tax registration after that. Delay almost always comes from incomplete director documentation, so we check it first.

How are your fees set?

A fixed fee per return or per registration, quoted after the position review. Audit representation is quoted separately because the work depends on what the notice asks for.

Tell us what you are trying to do. We will tell you what it takes.

A first consultation is free and specific: the documents, the timeline, the cost, and whether we are the right firm for it.
