The United States, Türkiye and Pakistan: that is the route our clients actually travel — to study, to work, to trade and to invest. We staffed all three ends of it rather than promising coverage from one.
The firm
Thirteen years of helping people cross a border or a balance sheet.
Reliance Management Consultants started in human resource consultancy, helping employers in Pakistan handle the day-to-day HR work that was pulling management away from running the business. The other practices grew out of the same clients asking the same kinds of questions — how do I get my daughter into a university abroad, who files my return properly, who arranges this trip so it does not fall apart.
Today the firm works across five practices and three countries. What has not changed is the standard: we would rather lose a fee than file something we cannot defend.

Three offices, in the three places our work happens.
Richardson supports clients and E-2 investor cases in the United States. İstanbul handles travel and supports students in Türkiye. Karachi handles HR and tax.
